Hi, I am Howard Ong, community volunteer and advocate.

My family and I have been living in the Tangney area for the past 28 years. I grew up in Singapore. My hardworking parents always taught me the values of personal responsibility and community service. After completing my national service as an army lieutenant, I moved to Western Australia, studied at Curtin University and graduated with a business degree.

Over a period of more than two decades, my wife Hilda and I built a successful IT business that has contributed to our local economy and created job opportunities for others. At the same time, my family and I have been actively involved in local schools, sports clubs, and not-for-profit organisations. Tangney is where we live, serve and recreate.

Together, let us build a more vibrant, caring and safer local community.
